Our firm serves as a mediator in a variety of matters, including family law mediation matters  (divorce, custody, and support matters), and civil law mediation matters.

As a trained and certified family law mediator, the Firm’s principal attorney – Marc Matheny – has the years of family law mediation and family law practice experience necessary to help litigants and their counsel reach successful resolution to family law matters that is acceptable to all parties.  As a civil litigator and trained civil mediator he also understands the matters involved in civil disputes and is able to provide the calming influence necessary in civil mediation so that the parties to the litigation can work to develop a successful solution for both sides.
